My Island Nutrition was built on an individualized approach to nutrition counseling.  We rely on research-based findings to support our dynamic practice in helping our clients achieve their health goals.  We believe that our clients must first learn how to become mindful eaters in order to sustain their goals for the long-term.  Dieting culture today is predicated on “here and now” fixes without considering our behaviors and inhibitions first.  Along with our evidence-based tool kit, we also regularly contribute to our growing blog that shines a light on a variety of topics in our food world and abroad.  Feel free to browse through and comment.  We look forward to taking this journey with you!
