It is important we have very dry bread. To speed up the drying process with fresh bread, start the oven at the lowest temperature at 170 ℉. Transfer Texas Toast bread on a cookie sheet for 1-2 minutes. Remove and set the toast on a wire rack.
Time to make the egg mixture! Combine the eggs, nondairy creamer, allspice, cinnamon, and turmeric. Pour into a casserole dish along with the bread and allow the bread to soak in those flavors for about 10-15 minutes.
Heat a large pan on medium-heat. Transfer the bread to it and cook each side for about 8 minutes. Make sure that the pan is covered to ensure that the toast is fully cooked.
